2 c ginger beer
1/4 c vodka
1/4 c ginger simple syrup
2 lime Spikes Ice
Mint, crystallised ginger and lime for garnish
Combine ginger beer, vodka and ginger syrup.
Divide between 2 glasses and top with Lime Spikes Ice.
Garnish with mint, lime and crystallised ginger.
